Most orders leave our workshop within 3 business days of being placed.
We ship with USPS, and most packages arrive within 2 to 4 business days after they ship. Delays do happen, especially around holidays and in bad weather, and they are out of our hands once the package is with the carrier.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with what you receive.
To return an item:
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Complete Orders under the My Account menu and select the order.
- Click Return Item(s).
